IEP advocate services and prices

I work with parents and caregivers as an IEP and 504 advocate and consultant. My prices are right here, so you know the cost before we ever talk. Most families start with a free 15-minute call. From there, you can book one service, like a document review or a meeting, or buy a block of advocacy hours.

Choosing the right IEP advocate service

Every meeting fee includes my preparation time. Not sure which one fits? That's what the free call is for.

Consultations and document services

I can help you make sense of your child's IEP, get ready for an upcoming meeting or go through an evaluation report with you.

  • New client consultation: $150
  • Returning client consultation: $125
  • Document review: $130 to $180

Meeting attendance

Walking into an IEP, eligibility or transition meeting alone can feel like a lot. I can be there with you, virtually or in person, so you have someone at the table who knows the process.

  • Virtual meetings: $60 per 30 minutes
  • One-hour minimum, preparation included
  • In-person meetings in Central Virginia

Advocacy hours and ongoing support

The simplest way to work together. Buy a block of hours and use them however your case needs: consultations, document review, meeting attendance and preparation, and communication with the school.

  • 3 hours: $360
  • 6 hours: $690
  • 10 hours: $1,100
  • Monthly retainer: $480

Want to learn the process first?

Caregiver Education sessions are 30 minutes on one topic for $65. We work from your own child's paperwork, and you can ask anything.

I'm an advocate, not an attorney. I don't give legal advice, and I don't represent families in due process or litigation. If that's where things are heading, a special education attorney is the right call. You can read more about the difference between an advocate and an attorney.
